e2e-assure is led by the founder who built it and a team of senior practitioners with operational experience in the UK’s most demanding security environments. Between them they have spent decades inside Security Operations Centres, control rooms, and boardrooms across critical national infrastructure, defence, energy, and manufacturing. The way they think shapes how we build, deliver, and stand behind our managed security services.

Our leaders set the standards that define how e2e-assure operates. These are not aspirations. They are the rules we measure ourselves against on every engagement.
Every part of our service operates within UK jurisdiction. Data, analysts, platform, and operations. Built that way from day one.
Pricing and scope are agreed up front. No hidden escalation. No surprise charges on incident handling. Finance and security leaders see exactly what they are buying.
Customers work with experienced security and commercial leaders, not tiered support queues. The people on the page are the people on the engagement.
Our OT work is shaped by people who have run plants, advised boards, and led incident response inside CNI operators. We protect environments we understand.
We talk about threats in operational terms, not marketing terms. Buyers get the facts they need to make decisions, not the script that sells the most product.
Our credibility rests on what our team has done, not what we say we can do. Named experts, verifiable credentials, and references from the sectors that matter.
Rob Demain founded e2e-assure in 2013. He continues to serve as CEO. He established the company on the principle that UK organisations needed a managed security provider operating entirely within UK sovereignty, with full transparency on cost and capability. That founding principle still defines how the business operates today.
OT security at e2e-assure is led by three named experts. Alistair Macrae is OT Security Principal, with a career spanning the Royal Air Force, NCSC, NATO, and senior commercial roles at Claroty, FireEye, and Sophos. Dominic Carroll is Director of Portfolio and the lead public voice on UK OT security. Richard Groome is OT Specialist, with over a decade working directly with CNI and manufacturing operators.
Ian Henderson is the advisor on OT strategy. He is the former Vice President of Automation System Security at BP, where he led the company’s approach to securing industrial control systems across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Information Security and advises e2e-assure on OT security strategy for energy and CNI clients.
Simon Chassar serves as Interim Chief Commercial Officer. He brings over 25 years of international experience in enterprise technology and cyber security, including senior commercial leadership across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific in SaaS, software, and hardware security businesses.
Collectively the team has operational experience across government, defence, energy, water, manufacturing, and enterprise sectors. That experience covers SOC architecture and operations, OT and ICS threat detection, incident response, regulatory compliance (IEC 62443, NIS2), and the commercial realities of managed security at scale.
Contact the e2e-assure team via the contact form, by phone, or by email. Initial conversations typically cover sector, current security posture, regulatory environment, and the outcomes the organisation needs from a managed security provider. Senior leaders are involved from the first conversation.
Whether you need managed SOC services, OT security, or a frank conversation about your current posture, you talk directly to senior people who have built and run security in the environments that matter most.
