We are excited to be attending our first physical event in years on the 7th-9th of September 2021; the National Cyber Security Show (NCSS) at the Birmingham NEC.

The NCSS aims to support SMEs in gaining a better understanding of cyber threats, especially relevant given that one small business in the UK is hacked every 19 seconds * . The event is part of the broader Safety & Security Event Series, covering the Security, Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Facilities and the Emergency Services Show.

We can be found at stand 3/C11 (just by the entrance to Hall 3 and the Cyber Solutions Theatre) and are looking forward to talking to any delegates or partners about cybersecurity and ways in which SMEs can improve theirs, without spending millions of pounds.

Speaking at the Cyber Solutions Theatre

On Wednesday the 8th of September at 14:00, our CEO & Founder, Rob Demain will be talking at the Cyber Solutions Theatre. The subject of the session will be “Implementing continuous cyber improvement” (without ‘silver bullets’ or bottomless budgets). The talk will be focused on practical advice that SMEs can take home and put into practice, both immediately (and without cost) as well as a longer term focus on a cyber maturity plan that will scale as you grow.

UnLocked evening event

In the evening of Wednesday the 8th of September, we’ll also be joining our partner, Secarma at their UnLocked event, from 5pm until late at Piazza 1 in the NEC. We’ll also have a brief talking slot, expanding on the ideas brought up in our earlier session, discussing the challenges with the cyber industry right now and how SME's can navigate these to improve their own cyber maturity.

We look forward to talking and listening to partners and delegates alike, as well as enjoying some well-earned drinks and food.
