These terms and conditions refer to the Festive Offer (“Festive Offer”) brought to you by e2e-assure Limited, whose registered office is at is First Floor 1 Des Roches Square, Witan Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 4BE. (“e2e-assure”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Details of the Festive Offer: Up to 3 (three) months of Modern Workplace Protection (MWP) and / or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) service, provided free of charge to eligible organisations (“you”, “your”).

• Your participation in this offer is agreed upon completion of, and acceptance by e2e-assure, of the eligibility form.
• By participating in this Festive Offer, you agree to be bound by the supplemental Terms and Conditions for provision of this service, found HERE.
• You agree to complete the customer responsibilities within appropriate timescales to allow the Festive Offer to be provisioned and provided, which include;
  • download, install, and manage the SOC Channel for Microsoft Teams app within your Microsoft 365 environment, as made available by e2e-assure.
  • provide a customer escalation point for alert notifications.
  • act on security recommendations provided by e2e-assure.
  • commit to a service review meeting towards the conclusion of the Festive Offer.
  • For Modern Workplace Protection (MWP):
    • Grant e2e-assure the necessary permissions to access required data and systems for service provision.
  • For Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR):
    • Ensure the appropriate licensing for supported vendors is in place to enable attack disruption and threat hunting.
    • Grant e2e-assure permissions to the endpoint/XDR management platform to enable a bi-directional information flow.

• This Festive Offer is subject to limited availability.

• e2e-assure reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or change the details and/or the Terms and Conditions of this Festive Offer without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise agreed, or alternative contractual arrangements are made, provision of services shall automatically cease at the conclusion of the Festive Offer.
