Ranging from -100 to +100, the score is based on one key question: “How likely are you to recommend our company to a friend or colleague?” Customers respond on a scale of 0-10, with responses categorised into three groups:

To calculate NPS, the percentage of detractors is subtracted from the percentage of promoters.
