These terms and conditions refer to the Dark Web Threat Assessment offer (“Dark Web Offer”) brought to you by e2e-assure Limited, whose registered office is at First Floor 1 Des Roches Square, Witan Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 4BE. (“e2e-assure”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Details of the Dark Web Offer: Issue of a Dark Web Threat Report specific to a domain, provided free of charge to eligible organisations (“you”, “your”).

• Your participation in this offer is agreed upon completion of, and acceptance by e2e-assure, of the eligibility form.
• By participating in this Dark Web Offer, you agree to be bound by the supplemental Terms and Conditions for provision of this service, found HERE.

• You agree to provide the required information, as specified below, within appropriate timescales to allow the Dark Web Offer to be provisioned and provided, which include;
  
  • The primary domain for the organisation and the contact details of the representative within the organisation,
  • By providing the primary domain name, you have given e2e-assure the permission to use this to search the Dark Web to generate a risk-based report,
  • The information that is gained in the report will not guarantee that there is a lack of exposure of the organisation or it’s wider operations on the Dark Web,
  • The information gathered is proprietary to e2e-assure, Searchlight Cyber and Marsh McLellan and is for the purpose of providing an overview of the risks associated with the domain name provided,
  • A meeting will be scheduled between the organisation representative and an e2e-assure representative to discuss the report within 5 business days of submission of the domain name.

• This Dark Web Offer is subject to limited availability.
• e2e-assure reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or change the details and/or the Terms and Conditions of this Dark Web Offer without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise agreed, or alternative contractual arrangements are made, provision of services shall automatically cease at the conclusion of the Dark Web Offer.

If you take part in the Dark Web Offer, we will use any relevant details you submit to administer the Offer.  We may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not agree to take part in the Dark Web Offer.
