As 2025 comes to a close, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey this year – our customers, partners, event attendees, industry peers and supporters. Whether you’ve collaborated with us closely or simply engaged with our content or conversations, we’re immensely grateful. This year has been pivotal in e2e-assure’s evolution, bringing renewed momentum, clarity and confidence as we prepare for an even more ambitious 2026.

A new brand for a new chapter

One of the biggest milestones of 2025 was our refreshed brand identity – a transformation designed to better reflect who we are today: a UK-sovereign, specialist threat detection and response provider with a clear mission to deliver the most advanced service in the country.

The brand refresh introduced a modern visual identity, a sharper articulation of our mission and values, and a complete update of our templates, slide decks, and customer communications.

We’ve also been focusing further on getting e2e-assure to reach a wider audience. Between September and November, brand visibility grew by more than 700%, helped by appearances on BBC News London, LBC Radio, and The Cybershow Podcast, alongside a growing presence across industry publications such as Forbes, SC Magazine and HelpnetSecurity.com. It’s been fantastic to see our voice carry further across the sector, and we’re just getting started.

Advancing detection excellence

At the core of e2e-assure is our relentless focus on detection quality. This year, our SOC and Detection Engineering teams have delivered some of their most impactful work yet. Across 2025, we developed hundreds of new detection use cases, enhanced more than a thousand existing ones, and expanded our threat intelligence coverage through more than 500 hours of focused research.

These improvements have had a measurable impact: reduced alert noise, faster investigations and even greater precision in surfacing behaviours that matter. Alongside this, our teams delivered ransomware resilience exercises and threat workshops for customers across a wide range of sectors, helping them understand and defend against emerging attacker techniques.

It’s been a year of strengthening the engineering foundations that sit beneath the service our customers rely on every day.

World-class customer satisfaction and retention

Customer trust remains one of our greatest achievements of 2025. Throughout the year, we maintained a consistently world-class Net Promoter Score of +84.2 and achieved an exceptional core customer retention rate of 95% – far exceeding industry benchmarks.

Much of this is driven by the level of engagement our teams maintain with customers. Every fortnight, our SOC and consulting teams deliver more than a hundred review sessions, advisory conversations and touchpoints designed to keep customers informed, supported and ahead of the curve. With expanded threat briefings and increased operational transparency, this year has reinforced our belief that excellent cyber defence is built on partnership, not just technology.

Strengthening the team behind the service

2025 has also been a year of internal growth. We’ve welcomed new analysts, consultants, engineers and onboarding specialists into the business, each bringing new energy and expertise. We’ve also invested heavily in developing leadership structures, improving clarity in roles and responsibilities, and supporting skills development across the entire organisation.

Our commitment to creating a great place to work remains a priority, and this year we celebrated long-service milestones, continued to invest in employee wellbeing and took further steps toward maintaining a positive, collaborative culture. A strong team underpins a strong service, and we’re proud of the environment we’re building.

 

Strong performance in a challenging market

It’s no secret that 2025 has been turbulent for many organisations across the cyber industry. Despite these pressures, e2e-assure has continued to grow – a reflection of the strength of our service and the trust our customers place in us. With a clear focus on customer retention, service quality and long-term resilience, we’ve moved decisively into a new growth phase.

Our strategy, centred around strengthening our SaaS-driven MDR capabilities and continuing to invest in sales, marketing and customer experience, has positioned us well for the next stage of our journey. Today, Cumulo stands firmly as the “right product at the right time”, enabling a scalable, modern approach to detection and response that meets the needs of customers facing increasingly sophisticated threats.

Setting the foundations for a transformative 2026

Looking ahead, the work we’ve done this year has set us up for a transformative year to come. We’re continuing to refine our organisational structure to support scale, investing in innovation, strengthening our go-to-market approach and preparing to launch new customer advocacy and engagement initiatives.

Our focus remains clear: delivering clarity, precision and control for high-risk sectors, and raising the bar for what a modern MDR provider should look like.
