e2e-assure are recruiting Cyber Security Analysts to work in our busy Oxfordshire SOC.

Cyber Security Analysts protect customers using Microsoft Sentinel and our SIEM tool, Cumulo. You will have the opportunity to detect and triage incidents in progress while providing support and guidance to our customers. 

An Application Support Engineer acts as first line support, ensuring that user requests are recorded and responded to. They provide initial troubleshooting and escalate as necessary. Training will be given so that you are able to answer user queries and help resolve problems. You will help us to ensure timely resolution of issues and assist in creating and updating help desk documentation.
