Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all access to and use of services, platforms, applications, software, portals and integrations provided by e2e-assure Ltd (“Supplier”) (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. In this AUP, ‘you’ means the Customer and any person who accesses or uses the Services under the Customer’s account or on the Customer’s behalf.

  1. Lawful Use
    • 1.1 You must use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • 1.2 You must not use the Services to:
      • 1.2.1 commit, facilitate or promote unlawful acts;
      • 1.2.2 transmit or store unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing content;
      • 1.2.3 violate the rights of any third party.
  1. Security and Platform Integrity
    • 2.1 You must not:
      • 2.1.1 attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, network or data;
      • 2.1.2 interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance or security of the Services;
      • 2.1.3 probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without prior written authorisation;
      • 2.1.4 introduce malware, ransomware, malicious code or harmful scripts;
      • 2.1.5 attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise misuse the platform except as permitted by law.
  1. Credentials and Access
    • 3.1 You are responsible for:
      • 3.1.1 maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and API keys;
      • 3.1.2 ensuring access is limited to authorised users;
      • 3.1.3 promptly notifying Supplier of any suspected unauthorised access or security incident relating to the Services.
  1. Responsible Security Use
    • 4.1 Where the Services involve security monitoring, testing or assessment:
      • 4.1.1 you must have proper authority and legal right to monitor, scan or assess the relevant systems;
      • 4.1.2 you remain responsible for actions taken in response to alerts, findings, or recommendations;
      • 4.1.3 the Services must not be used to target systems or data for which you do not have lawful authorisation.
  1. Third-Party Platforms
    • 5.1 Where access to the Services is provided through third-party platforms (including Microsoft Teams or other integrations), you must comply with the applicable terms and policies of those platform providers.
    • 5.2 Supplier is not responsible for misuse of third-party platforms.
  2. Prohibited Conduct
    • 6.1 You must not use the Services to:
      • 6.1.1 conduct denial-of-service attacks;
      • 6.1.2 distribute spam or unauthorised bulk communications;
      • 6.1.3 engage in cryptocurrency mining without express authorisation;
      • 6.1.4 infringe intellectual property rights;
      • 6.1.5 harass, abuse, threaten or harm others.
  1. Suspension
    • 7.1 Supplier may suspend or restrict access to the Services where it reasonably believes this AUP has been breached or where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.
    • 7.2 Suspension may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity or security of the Services.
  2. Updates to this AUP
    • 8.1 Supplier may update this AUP from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
    • 8.2 Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
    • 8.3 Updates will not materially reduce Customer’s rights during an active Initial Term.
  3. Applicable Agreement
    • 9.1 This AUP forms part of and is incorporated into the applicable agreement governing the Services.
