As 2024 draws to a close, now felt like the perfect time to reflect and summarise our ‘Year In Review’ for what has been a phenomenal year for the whole e2e-assure organisation. From team growth and new product launches to industry recognition and a plethora of impactful events, we’ve been busy building on our 10+ year heritage of delivering cutting-edge Security Operations Centre (SOC) and MDR solutions.

Our Growing Team: +14 New Starters
Our people have always been our biggest asset, and this year, our team grew significantly!
With 14 talented individuals joining across Business Development (7), the SOC (4), Development (2), and Onboarding (1) teams, we now boast a dynamic team of 71 strong.
From fresh graduates taking their first steps in the world of cyber security to seasoned experts bringing years of experience, our new team members have added new energy and perspectives to e2e-assure. It’s great to have so many new faces in the team to challenge us to think outside of the box as we continue to push toward our north star goals.

Making Waves at Events
This year, we participated in over 20 events, both in-person and online, showcasing our fantastic team, products, and thought leadership. Highlights included:
- ICE (International Cyber Expo): Where our PRECON product generated buzz with its impactful threat assessment reports.
- British Legal Tech Forum: Connecting with key stakeholders in the legal sector in a relaxed and network-focussed environment.
- SASIG Webinars: Featuring insightful sessions hosted by Rob, Tim, Jane, and Dom.
- Our Cyber Resilience Webinar: Hosted by Rob, diving deep into actionable strategies for resilience based on our recent research.
Game-Changing Product Launches
This year saw us innovate like never before, with major product milestones:
1. PRECON
PRECON, our proactive threat monitoring and prevention tool, was unveiled to great acclaim. At ICE, it sparked significant interest thanks to its powerful threat assessment reports, demonstrating our focus on stopping threat actors before they strike.
2. Breach Disruption Validation Service
Built on our Validato platform, this new service is in its early stages, but it’s already making waves. Trials are underway…setting the stage for the development of consultant-led services to tackle breaches head-on. Exciting!
3. External Perimeter Monitoring
We redefined our Vulnerability Management service into External Perimeter Monitoring, sharpening our focus on blocking threats at the Initial Access stage (or even earlier with tools like PRECON). Watch this space!
Industry-Leading Excellence – The Proof Is in The Numbers!
Our commitment to excellence was underscored this year by achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +88 – a staggering achievement compared to the IT sector average of 40. This is a true reflection of how our customers value the solutions we provide and the relationships we build.
We also maintained and expanded our accreditations, earning supplier status, allowing us to continue to build on our heritage of public sector and government clientele, plus retaining our ISO 27001 certification, among many other industry-leading qualifications.
Content that’s Sparking Conversations
This year, we’ve also invested in creating content that educates, inspires, and connects with our audience. A standout achievement was the publication of our 2024 research report, Cyber Resilience 2025: Futureproofing AI Adoption. This deep dive into the priorities and challenges of 500 CISOs and 1,000 employees sparked invaluable conversations about the intersection of cyber security and AI.
Building on its success, we’ve developed industry-specific versions of the report tailored to Healthcare and Financial Services, plus Professional Services and Healthcare coming soon. These reports have been curated specifically for the unique needs of these sectors.
Our blog has also thrived in 2024, with 20+ new posts covering topics from cyber security fundamentals to company milestones. Sharing these articles on LinkedIn has helped us grow our community to nearly 4,500 followers, creating a space for ongoing dialogue with peers, clients, and industry enthusiasts alike.
